This documentary has been on our radar for a while now and appears with Erich’s research on MAPS. If you're on the fence with the therapeutic use of psychedelics, this makes a strong case for it. To see the patients go through the cognitive behavioral therapy process is nothing short of remarkable. This documentary provides a strong sense of hope other documentaries lack. FYI, the documentary is mostly in Arabic

Our friend Mike Taccona sent us this video earlier in the week which generated a conversation about our perspective on life. In sum, he felt a sense of gratitude. Ponder away!

Peter Attia and Kevin Rose have recommended something called “Zero Fasting” helping those of us following an intermittent fasting protocol. “Feeding” hours start at noon and end with dinner around 6 pm. This app adds to Erich’s large list of metrics that helping him stay honest. Erich states, “I have had an average of 15 fasting hours over the past three days. I plan to tweak the length of my optimal ‘feeding window’.”
